Connect a solar system

There are three ways to connect a solar installation:

1. Via e-mail invitation

You can send an e-mail invitation to your customers to connect their devices to your VPP. In the e-mail there is a link to the connect portal. There are two ways to send the email:

1. Via the Dashboard. Navigate to the customer page and click the "Send e-mail invite" button.
2. Via the API. The send e-mail invite endpoint invites the customer on the given e-mail address.

2. Implement the Connect Url

You can also implement the link to the connect portal in your own application or e-mail. You can create the connect link through our basic API. The connect sessions are valid for seven days.

3. Connect via AmberFlow App + Customer Key

Your customers can also connect their devices to your solar VPP by first connecting the devices to our app. In the app on the "Energy Company" page, your customer can find a Customer Key. If they send you the key, you can connect their devices with this endpoint.
